Mission

The mission of the NGO "Reformator" is to promote legal budgeting in Ukraine by supporting and ensuring the transparency of public procurement and creating conditions to prevent corruption schemes. We work to promote maximum efficiency in the use of public funds and equal access for business representatives to participate in procurement.
Areas of activity
NGO "Reformator" carries out public control in the field of public procurement. Within the framework of its activities, the organization:
  • Monitors public procurement and analyzes tender documentation for discriminatory conditions
  • Identifies violations of the principles of openness, fair competition and non-discrimination
  • Prepares appeals to regulatory authorities
  • Contributes to enriching the practice of applying legislation in the field of procurement
  • Participates in the development of methodological tools, practical changes to legislation
  • Collaborates with other organizations
